Suit Tailoring & Alterations Intensive (10 week class)

Learn the art of tailoring and altering suits to fit you like a dream!

This class covers the ins and outs of tailoring basics for suit fit as well as creative upcycling methods. Using deconstruction and reconstruction techniques, this class is designed to slowly move students from the basics towards more advanced tailoring tactics.

This class is for YOU if you want to learn how to tailor suits for yourself, to start a tailoring and alterations business, to update your skills for work, learn to upcycle and resize old suits, or just want to try something new!!

Basic sewing experience is ideal in order to take this class (can operate a domestic sewing machine with some confidence). It is recommended that students have the ability to thread and operate a domestic sewing machine with ease, feel confident in using pins and stitch rippers, have sewn at least one project (large or small) before OR have taken our Tailoring 103 class.
